Eurecna is currently leading three Lots under the 2023 EU Service for EU External Action Framework Contracts (SEA 2023)

LOT 5: SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION AND DIGITAL covering:

LOT 12: EDUCATION, CULTURE AND YOUTH covering:

  • Education (formal and non-formal)
  • Human Resources development
  • Vocational Education and Training - VET (formal and non-formal)

LOT 13: HEALTH, SOCIAL INCLUSION AND PROTECTION, INEQUALITIES covering:

  • Public Health
  • Health economics and health financing
  • Health care
  • Human Resources development
  • Pharmaceutical sector
  • Health promotion
  • Health Metrics
  • Food safety
  • Social Inclusion and Protection
  • Inequalities

We are currently looking for candidates to join our Framework Contracts Unit, who will be responsible for managing requests for service.

The duties will include: 

  • Carrying out market analysis and intelligence to identify future projects that may be launched under the above mentioned Lots;
  • Actively searching, assessing and selecting potential external subject-matter experts;
  • Negotiating contractual arrangements with external experts and drafting CVs in the required tender format;
  • Analysing Tender specifications, Terms of Reference and drafting project proposals;
  • Drawing up project budgets and financial proposals;
  • Supervising the implementation of awarded contracts;
  • Overseeing the implementation of specific contracts that have been awarded (if/when required).
Requirements

Academic Background:
- University degree in any field relevant for international cooperation.

Professional Experience:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the sector of international development projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Framework Contract (ideally  SEA 2023 and/or SIEA 2018)
- Experience in one or more sectors of Lot 5 and Lot 13 will be an asset

Languages:
- Excellent command of written and and at least one other language (French, Spanish or Portuguese);
- Knowledge of Italian is considered an asset.
