Requirements

Academic Background:
- University degree in any field relevant for international cooperation.

Professional Experience:
- At least 2 years of professional experience working in private firms or another type of organizations (NGO, IO, public bodies etc.) dealing with international development projects. In absence of this, equivalent working experience in other fields will considered in presence of a strong motivation to work in the international development sector.
- Previous experience in project design, developing methodologies and search/recruiting experts will be an asset

Languages:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and of either French or Spanish.
