We are searching for candidates to join our Framework Contracts Unit that will handle the request of services and supervise the implementation of the awarded specific contracts.

Tasks will include: search, evaluation and drafting of CVs; negotiation with external experts; analysing ToR and drafting project proposals; drafting of budgets; supervision of the implementation of awarded contracts.

Requirements

Academic Background:
- University degree in any field relevant for international cooperation.

Professional Experience:

- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Framework Contract Units in any Lot
- Experience in managing Framework Contract Units will be an asset
- Experience in one or more sectors of Lot 5 and Lot 13 will be an asset

Languages:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and of either French or Spanish.
